ELMORE COURT WEDDING VIDEO IN GLOUCESTERSHIRE | MARK + RICHARD

matt68641

A stunningly handsome, woodland themed bespoke wedding video with autumnal accents and pops of colour, filmed by Jumping Spider Films, at the gorgeous Elmore Court, a historic house wedding venue in Gloucestershire, with views over the Cotswolds and River Severn.

Tissues at the ready for this most beautiful of wedding video highlights reels, those who said that the best things come in small packages were definitely onto something, as although Richard and Mark’s Elmore Court wedding highlights video is slightly shorter than our standard videos, it’s packed with plenty of artistic detail and some really sincere, tender moments.

From the very beginning of the day, Jumping Spider Films were privileged to film a shared grooms’ preparation and far from it being quite different from the norm, it was genuinely heart-warming to watch (from that discreet Jumping Spider Films distance, of course) two people preparing for their wedding, together.  It was, in a way, completely fitting, to film Richard and Mark, donning their matching attire - charcoal plaid three piece suits set off with regal purple bow ties - and tying their smart, shined, shoes side by side, ready for them to take their first steps as loving husbands.

And if the stunning aerial wedding videography, showcasing the grandeur of Elmore Court or the footage of the gorgeous floral arrangements - creamy bouquets of pale peony and delicate dahlia – weren’t quite wistful enough, then surely Mark’s dreamy American accent and Richard’s tiny tear, tenderly escaping during their incredibly moving vows should do the trick!

From the Elmore Court ceremony, (held in The Hall, licensed for civil ceremonies), where white wicker chairs stood in rows, each ending at the aisle marked by hand-stitched song-bird; to the glorious Gillyflower, Elmore Court’s newest venue for dinner and dancing, where the naked wedding cake, decorated with juicy figs, succulent strawberries and all manner of woodland berries stood proudly on display; this same-sex celebration was truly a feast for the eyes, as well as for the Jumping Spider Films wedding videography cameras!

And what a wedding reception venue space, the new Gillyflower at Elmore Court is!  This is where Richard and Mark’s contemporary woodland themed wedding really came to life, with Mark’s job as a children’s book illustrator playing a part in the most amazing wedding prop we’ve had the pleasure of capturing on camera for a while - a beautifully decorated, wedding themed prize wheel!!  Guests took turns to give it a good spin, watched and waited for it to stop on any manner of choices, ‘Give Richard a Kiss, Ask a Stranger to Dance, Take a Jumping Photo’ etc., a brilliantly fun thing at a brilliantly fun affair!  From the high fiving grooms as they arrived at their wedding breakfast to a Charleston inspired choreographed first dance, this wedding reception was truly a celebration of love, friendship and unity and styled exquisitely throughout the whole day.

And when it comes to preserving the memories of such an amazing wedding, the Jumping Spider Films wedding videography team could not have asked for a better backdrop than the historic grounds of Elmore Court.  This stunning, exclusive use, Gloucestershire wedding venue was the perfect location for our keenly trained cameras, capturing every last touch, to include in Richard and Mark’s full length wedding video; fancy drinks in jam jars, colourful cocktails in stemless goblets and the tiniest hand-crafted canapes decorated with violet flowers, served on rustic wooden platters.  It’s all these little details, dreamed up after months of planning, that we think are so important to catch on film to keep forever.

This is a wedding highlights video, the team at Jumping Spider Films could watch again and again (and believe us, we have!!) - that’s the best part of having Jumping Spider Films produce your effortlessly elegant, creatively contemporary wedding video; it’s the keepsake that our loving couples can cherish together forever, re-living that most special of wedding days, again and again, in full colour, high quality HD, remembering the wedding venue, the wedding preparation, the fashions, the food, the flowers, the family and friends, the love and the laughter, in all its glory.
